I have always been fascinated with beauty and conflict, a dangerous glamour, the innocent and the corrupt. It is the tension between unions that interests me. In my work I want to portray this tension, a sort of uneasiness looking towards the hidden. This tension arises from not knowing, not knowing what has happened what is to come and what is now. We are drawn into creating a narrative yet we do not know where it will take is. It is fragile and ambiguous, questioning the truth in what we see.
