| The work entitled " 54 kg of criteria " is a challenge to the institution's authority from a submissive standpoint. It mimics by making a direct repeat of the marking criteria as text inscribed into plaster blocks. In this way the marking criteria literally becomes the outcome of my learning and practice of art through out the years. This is an academic specific work that only relates to this institution's environment and the people who are familiar with it. The work incorporates a naughty, cheeky strategy to question and to reflect the authority of the institution back to itself.
